When I try to open a file, I see either the warning 'The file is used by another application or is in an invalid format' or the message 'Unsupported sheet type!' - Make sure that the file is not used by any other application and is in the MSExcel format.

  The row or column I need is outside the screen - use scrollbars to navigate through the worksheet.
